Acer Ferrari 4005

Got a new Acer Ferrari 4005 WLMi for under $1000. Ordered on the web from dustin.se and it was delivered in less than 24 hours.

Booted up the Win XP and removed the D: partition. Then I installed onv_65 on that partition and run the frkit and finally I did

# svcadm disable basicreg
# pkgrm SUNWupdatemgru
# pkgrm SUNWbrg

I now have a dual boot Win XP/OpenSolaris machine in just oven 24 hours (from ordering). Beat that!
